Return Policy
We want you to love your Honey items! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item hassle-free.
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it —unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Return: Request a return through your customer account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out to our customer service team at info@thehoneygolf.com.
Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
